These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BrosisEventz website and our event planning services. By engaging BrosisEventz, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Payment

A booking advance is required to confirm your event date. The remaining balance is due in staged instalments as outlined in your service agreement, before the final balance is due ahead of the event date.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance vendors, venues and materials must be released, and will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

Changes to Services

Guest counts, decor and service details can typically be adjusted up until vendor and venue confirmation deadlines. Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional costs.

Liability

BrosisEventz coordinates third-party vendors (caterers, photographers, venues and others) in good faith but is not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including vendor performance issues, weather or venue restrictions.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text and design, is owned by BrosisEventz and may not be reproduced without permission.
