Weddings and destination weddings: 6 to 12 months. Birthdays and corporate events: 4 to 6 weeks. Popular dates fill up faster, so earlier is always better.
Yes. Your planner remains your single point of contact throughout, and most details, from guest count to decor, can be adjusted up until final vendor confirmations.
Yes, we can join at any stage of planning, whether the venue and date are already confirmed or you need help selecting one.
Pricing & Payment
Every quote is itemised by service: planning, decor, catering, photography and entertainment are each costed separately so you know exactly what you are paying for.
No. Our proposals list every cost up front. Any changes you approve after booking are quoted separately before work begins.
A booking advance secures your date, with the remaining balance staged across two or three milestones leading up to the event.
Cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement and vary by how far in advance vendors and venues must be released.
